WorshipPlanning is built to help you organize, plan, and update your worship flows all in one place. Every detail is specified from scheduling volunteers to organizing music. Create pre-service responsibilities, add a general set list, view song details, and manage your service from beginning to end. WorshipPlanning is cloud based, so individuals, team members, and team leaders can communicate and plan on-the-go.

Creating a Flow

Drag and drop specific details like song selections, pre-service elements, and notes using the Worship Flow Editor. Manage permissions and select who can see your worship plans, edit flows, and access files.

Scheduling

Schedule people for one event or multiple services. By dragging and dropping fields, you can schedule an individual, a sub-team, or an entire team. Your team can choose to "accept" or "decline" the invitation to serve, or they can sign themselves up.

Organizing Music

Include information like key, tempo, capo, and lyrics as you organize songs. Import songs from your CCLI SongSelect™ account or via a CSV file. Quickly add songs while building a flow and transpose keys for MP3 and text chord charts.

Presenting

Keep your team in sync by turning your worship flow into a visual demonstration that maps out your service plans with team members. Use the built-in integration with Proclaim, or store another program’s slides in the library for presentations

Communicating

Let people sign up to serve, respond to assignments, listen to audio files, and block availability from their smartphone. Team leaders can also manage workflow details and receive alerts instantly anytime, anywhere.
